LICENSING TO MANUFACTURE
CableTrax is now licensing manufacturers to build Lightning Retardant Cable. Territories are open worldwide. All licenses are non exclusive.

Lightning Retardant Cable is a value-added product. It costs a little more to manufacture, but offers up to 1480% improvement over standard cable. Smaller cable, such as RG-6 coax or twisted pair, etc. may see a cost increase up to 50% Larger cable, such as utility cable may see an increase up to only one-tenth the manufacturing cost.


THERE IS A NEED

There is a market for this product! Over the last 12 months CableTrax received a huge number of requests from around the world. Web site hits for the last 90 days, ending June 28 was over 64,000. This is without any advertising. Hits were received from all over the world (Documentation available upon request.)

The requests cover a wide range of applications from coax to utility and oil wells to aerospace. The markets are wide open for this award-winning product. The Three Step Licensing Program

In order to explore the potential of Lightning Retardant Cable for licensing purposes, we have established a Three-Step Licensing Program. These steps simplify the information transfer process while securing proprietary technology:


Step One - Product Information
  • This step provides an introduction to LRC Technology, background, NASA articles, marketing information, Non-Disclosure Agreement, etc.

Step Two - Technology Information
  • This step provides description of our technology, copy of patents, lab test results, and suggestions on manufacturing.
  • You must forward a signed Non-Disclosure to us to receive the Technology Information.

Step Three - Licensing Process

This step is the formal negotiations of a license to manufacture Lightning Retardant Cable.

Opening criteria is:
  • Up front licensing fee. 10% with signed Letter of Intent Balance upon signature of formal agreement
  • 6% royalty on gross sales of LRC
  • Monthly minimum
  • Territory
  • 3 year license

All lines of cable are available with the exception of FAA Airport Runway Cable for the US, Central and South America. This line is being kept in-house for research projects.

Remember, you are under no obligation until a Letter of Intent is signed. You must be a legitimate wire and cable manufacturer to continue. A questionnaire must be completed to start the process.
